Customer service was okay overall. I was expecting quicker replies and clearer updates along the way, so the wait was a little frustrating. They did get back to me and helped sort things out in the end, but I just wish the communication had been a bit more straightforward.

I got a hoodie from blacksmokeapparel.com the fabric is soft and easy to wear. It’s not too heavy, but still warm enough for everyday use, which I like. I washed it once already and it still feels nice, no weird rough or stiff feeling after. I’m giving it 4 stars since the delivery took a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with how comfortable it is.

I picked up a hoodie from Black Smoke Apparel the quality is good. The material feels sturdy, the print looks clean, and after washing it once, it didn’t get weird or feel cheap, which I definitely expected it to do for some reason.
That said, the fit threw me off a bit. It’s not bad, but it also isn’t quite what I had in mind, so I’m happy with it and slightly annoyed by it at the same time. I’d still probably order again, just maybe with different expectations.

I ordered my normal size, but yeah, it was way tighter than I expected, mostly in the chest and arms. The length felt a little off too, honestly. The shirt looks fine, but I just can’t wear it comfortably. Kinda wish the size guide had been more accurate

The site was easy enough to browse, which was nice, and checkout actually went smoothly for once. It did take me a minute to track down the size info, because apparently that needed to be a little adventure, but overall it was a good experience. I’d probably order again

I got exactly what I ordered... everything was right and there weren’t any mix-ups at all.

My package actually showed up faster than I thought it would, and the tracking wasn’t hard to follow at all. I could see where things were without no confusion, which was nice.
I didn’t have to wait around or keep checking in with anyone. The whole shipping process was smooth, and my order arrived in good shape with no issues.

I’ve worn this a handful of times now, mostly just around the house and for errands, and it’s been through the wash a few times already. The fit is still fine and the fabric hasn’t done anything weird, which is always nice. I did notice the print might be a tiny bit faded if I really look at it, but overall it still looks good. Definitely not flawless, but better than I was expecting.

The designs are cool and I can see why people would like them, but they’re just not totally me. Some of the patterns feel a bit too loud, like the colors pop a lot, the prints stand out right away, and the overall vibe is more bold than what I usually wear. If you like statement pieces, bright looks, eye-catching graphics, or stuff that gets noticed, you might really like it. I just tend to go for simpler things, like plain colors, smaller details, softer patterns, or clothes that don’t feel like they’re trying too hard.
